Is your video due yet?

1 WEEK VIDEO: If you placed an order for a Naked Martin Personal Video (£12) the turnaround time is up to 1 week, and up to midnight on that last day. If you ordered your video after 6pm, the 1 week timer timer starts from the following day. For example: A video order 3pm Monday, would be delivered by the latest 11:59pm the following Monday. A video ordered 9pm Monday, would be delivered by the latest 11:59pm the following Tuesday.

NEXT DAY VIDEO: If you placed an order for a Next Day Priority Naked Martin Personal Video (£22) the turnaround time is 1 day (the day after you ordered your video, providing you ordered before 6pm). For example, a video ordered 1pm Monday, would be delivered by the latest latest 11:59pm Tuesday. A video ordered 8pm Monday, would be delivered by the latest 11:59pm Wednesday.

FAST TRACK UPGRADE: If you ordered a standard video (£12), and then upgraded your video with a fast track ticket (additional £10) then the turnaround time is 1 day from when you ordered the fast track ticket (providing you ordered before 6pm) For example, if you ordered your fast track ticket at 1pm Monday, the latest your video should be with you is 11:59pm Tuesday. If you ordered your fast track ticket at 8pm Monday, the latest it will be with you is 11:59pm Wednesday.
